Flower and products can be subject to seasonal availability or out of stock, at which time we substitute for flowers and product with a similar value and look.
All deliveries made to hospitals must include the ward name and or number in the relevant field address. If you don't have access to this we will personally phone the hospital and get the ward details on your behalf. Any order omitting these details may not be accepted for delivery by the hospital reception. Also take note that some hospitals do have flower free wards that includes the intensive care units. IF a patient has been discharged by the time of delivery, our re-order policy will apply.
